A workout class for new parents and their babies! 

​ Get ready to move, sweat, and bond with your little one! Baby Pump is a full-body workout class designed for new parents who want to get some exercise while keeping baby close.   Parents will wear their baby in a carrier, wrap, or Björn-style carrier while participating in a fun mix of low-impact cardio, light weights, strength training, and full-body movement. This class is a great way to ease back into fitness, build strength, boost energy, and enjoy quality bonding time with your baby.   Baby Pump also creates a supportive space to connect with other parents, get out of the house, and feel good moving your body — all with your babe right by your side!
