Summer Intensive workshops! Our summer workshops are centered around skills, technique, and endurance training to help kick start our dancers into this next season of dance! It's a great opportunity for all dancers to get to know their new teammates and start the summer off with fun and best of all DANCE!

​Costume Package:

​

Package Includes - $500

• Team Wear - will include a black leo and black bottoms

• 2 Pairs of Dance Shoes (1 Practice, 1 Performance)

• Costumes for 3 dances including Hip Hop shoes

  • (additional $$ may be required depending on shoe)​

*Costume Fees may vary depending on Team, for example, Prestige and Prodigy Teams will have 4 dances so this will add $90/costume to their costume fees.

• Pink Ballet tights and shoes will need to be bought on your own for ballet classes. Any additional leotards apart from teamwear leotard are optional on your own.

• Any additional items such as a dance bra or seamless underwear will need to be purchased on your own. For recommendations on where to purchase, please contact the office.

Competition Fees and Info:

​

Competition fees for the season are $48 per dancer per dance per competition.

Prep & Premiere Teams: $48 x 3 dances x 3 comps = $432/dancer

Prestige & Prodigy Teams: $48 x 4 dances x 4 comps = $768/dancer

Convention Fee

​

All Prestige and Prodigy Teams comp classes are required to attend Epic Dance Convention September 26th and 27th. Lunch and Dinner provided. This is mandatory and fees will not be refunded. $250 Due by August 15th.

​

All Prep teams and Premiere teams will be attending the 1-day Gotta Move Dance Convention on September 20th. This is mandatory and fees will not be refunded. $160 Due by August 15th.

​

If for some reason your dancer does not attend the convention, fees are NOT refunded. Conventions do not issue refunds for ANY reason. Rhythm Works requires attendance of 3 make-up classes for a non attendance at a convention. Fees will apply.

Recital/Showcase/Banquet Fees

  • Single comp dancers $130

  • Multiple comp dancers in same family $180

  • Comp + studio dancer in same family $230 (this includes studio recital fees)

Production Routine:

PRODUCTION ANNOUNCEMENT!

We are so excited to bring back our production number for this competition season! Productions are a fun and collaborative way to include all teams and age groups, and they provide a fantastic opportunity for dancers to grow and showcase their skills.

We saw tremendous improvement from our production dancers last year, and we're eager to continue that momentum!

AUDITION DETAILS:
Friday, August 22nd
4:00–6:00 PM

$10 AUDITION FEE

​

All competition dancers are welcome to audition! Auditions are for role placement only—no cuts will be made. A short section of the routine will be taught and then performed for coaches.

​

CHOREOGRAPHY PRACTICE:
Saturday, August 23rd
9:00 AM–12:00 PM

​

ONGOING PRACTICES:
2nd and 4th Friday of each month (starting in September)
3:30–6:00 PM

 

​Anyone wanting to participate will agree to the following additional costs per dancer:

• $30 a month added tuition cost

• $90 additional costume fee

• $144 additional competition fee (3 competitions)

Below is a breakdown of fees and due dates for 2025-2026 season in addition to the tuition, competition, costume, and showcase fees mentioned above:

• May Costs- 

  • ​Annual $30 Registration fee ($50/family).

  • Tryout Fee of $30/dancer.

• June Costs-​

  • June Workshops Due by June 10th (See above for fees)

• July Costs -

  • Initial Dance Fee of $300 per dancer will be DUE by JULY 10th. This will cover initial costume charges and some upfront competition fees.

• August Costs - ​

  • Monthly Tuition begins!​

  • Epic Dance Convention - (See above) $250 or $160 Due Aug. 15th.

• ​​Additional Choreography fees may be assessed depending on team. Range from $35-$65/dancer. ​

• October Misc additional costs-​​

  • Team Jacket orders (these are good for 2 years. 2025-'26 season is our off season and team jackets will only need to be purchased by new competition team dancers.) Cost is $90 for jacket

  • Optional backpack orders​, cost is $60. 

• Master classes may be offered throughout the season. Prices are determined by the guest choreographer at that time.

How Monthly Costs are Calculated​

​

Monthly invoices are calculated on a 10 month basis. For example: A member of the Senior Prep team has a tuition of $160/mo. They compete in 3 competitions and have 3 routines = $432. Their costume package is $500, but $300 of this is due in July, so only $200 remains. They are the only dancer in their family so their showcase/banquet fee is $130.

Breaking this down monthly would be as follows: $160+43.20+20+13=$226.20/month from August-May

​

The convention fee is not calculated into the monthly fees because it is a fee that is due all at once. So that would be a separate fee in August.

*Any fees not paid by the 10th of the month is subject to a $15 late fee.

​​

Payments:

All billing and invoicing will be done through the website www.bill.com. We require everyone to be enrolled for automatic payments through bill.com. You can opt to have a credit card or bank account number through this billing system. Credit card charges will be charged a processing fee. Any payments not received by the due date will be charged a $15 late fee. 

​

Any withdrawals from classes after the 15th of each month will still be charged full month tuition. There are no refunds for costume fees.
